Vegan Leaders in Corporate Management (VLCM) is proud to present the 2025 Annual Report, highlighting a year of strengthened foundations, expanded global presence, and meaningful community engagement. We continued to build the structure, clarity, and capacity needed to support long‑term growth while deepening our connection with members across regions. This year also marked important progress in professionalising our operations and amplifying our impact within corporate environments.

2025 marked a transformational year for VLCM as we strengthened our long‑term organizational resilience.

Key achievements include:

  • Development of a comprehensive branding guide and our first-ever annual report.

  • Growth to 25 active contributors (8 board members + 17 volunteers).

  • Over 750 volunteer hours invested in our mission.

  • Introduction of the Volunteer of the Quarter recognition program.

  • Hiring of our first regularly paid staff member, followed by the appointment of an Executive Director, major steps in professionalizing our operations.

  • Securing a $10,000 Vegan Grants award to fuel expansion.

  • Completion of a 5‑year strategy and 2026 activity calendar.

  • Finalization of bylaws and activation of new committees, including a sustainability task force.

  • Strengthening of operational infrastructure with upgraded Slack, standardized tools (Zoom, HubSpot, Surfe), and improved access protocols.

FOUNDATION:

Building Internal Capacity

With a solid internal structure in place, we focused on refining VLCM’s outward communication.

2025 outcomes include:

  • 1,615 additional website visits, growing from 9,835 (2024) to 11,450 (2025).

  • Major growth in Google Ads performance, rising from:

    • $329 spend / 0 clicks (Jan 2025) →

    • $2,405 spend / 236 clicks (Jan 2026).

  • Strategic focus on LinkedIn:

    • +286 LinkedIn page followers (3,824 → 4,110).

    • +308 new LinkedIn group members (6,803 → 7,111).

  • A major database clean‑up and expansion:

    • +979 new HubSpot contacts

    • +1,722 new email addresses

    • 2,700 cold leads integrated

    • Full donor tagging & segmentation completed

  • Delivery of 44 newsletters and launch of the first VLCM WhatsApp group.

  • First in‑person UK VLCM meetup.

PRESENCE:

Optimizing Outward Communication

We deepened global community engagement through meaningful programming and direct initiatives.

2025 highlights:

  • Launch of regular regional newsletters across 13 global areas.

  • Completion of a feasibility study with the University of Virginia for a future in‑person community event.

  • Relaunch of our flagship Workplace Catalyst for Change Program.

  • Implementation of a comprehensive fundraising campaign, including our first LinkedIn donor‑focused advertising campaign.

  • Hosting of a global end‑of‑year virtual event, increasing accessibility for members worldwide.
