This program is designed for individual changemakers, who are ready to champion plant-based initiatives within their organizations. Whether you're a passionate employee, a sustainability advocate, or someone with a bold idea, this program will support you in turning your vision into impactful action.
This flexible, tiered initiative empowers individuals to launch plant-based projects in their workplaces, offering guidance, resources, and collaboration with fellow changemakers. Initiative leaders can engage at varying levels based on their availability and interests.
Tier 1: One-time contribution
Ideal for Initiative leaders with limited availability.
Examples:
Share an existing workplace initiative (e.g., Greener by Default)
Share a case study or success story from your own workplace
Address a one-off challenge (e.g., introduce a poster on ethical food systems).
Time commitment: 2-5 hours total.
Tier 2: Micro-guidance
Ideal for Initiative leaders with short-term availability.
Examples:
One or two calls to refine initiative ideas
Review and advise on a presentation or proposal
Deliver a webinar or talk (e.g., on sustainability or ethical food systems).
Time commitment: 4–6 hours over 1–2 months.
Tier 3: Project-based support
Ideal for Initiative leaders interested in deeper involvement.
Examples:
Collaborate on a workplace campaign or event
Co-develop a resource (e.g., plant-based catering guide)
Advise on implementation strategy for a sustainability initiative, i.e. launching an intranet site.
Time commitment: 10–30 hours over 3–6 months.
Consent & participation criteria
To participate in the Workplace Catalyst for Change Program, all individuals must agree to and meet the following criteria. These conditions are mandatory and serve to ensure the program’s effectiveness and integrity:
You consent to being contacted by the Workplace Catalyst for Change Program team.
You are employed at a non-vegan company with at least 50 employees.
You have reasonable access to workplace constituents (e.g., colleagues, decision-makers, or relevant departments).
You do not intend to leave your company within the next six months.
You commit to actively participating in the program for the agreed timeframe.
You agree to provide feedback and share project outcomes with the program team.
