  • Oct 11, 2025 —  Farmshire’s Vegan Fair 2025 — Sweeten Creek Brewing, Asheville, NC — Local food trucks, sustainable vendors; fundraiser for Farmshire Animal Sanctuary. 

  • Oct 11, 2025 —  Charlotte VegFest 2025 — Victoria Yards, Charlotte, NC — Food, speakers, vendor village, kid‑friendly, entertainment.

  • Oct 25, 2025 —  Central Florida Veg Fest — Orlando Festival Park, Orlando, FL — Vendors, food demonstrations, live music, nonprofit and outreach booths. 

  • Nov 27, 2025 —  “Thanksliving Event” — Big Pine Key, FL — Pure vegan event (Garden Truck Foods catering).

🌍 Virtual & Broader Regional Opportunities

  • Veganic Summit— November 7‑9, 2025: A 3‑day online summit focusing on vegan agriculture / gardening / sustainable practices. Good chance to engage without travel.

  • Reducetarian Summit — October 24‑26, 2025, Atlanta, GA: Focus on reducing meat consumption & industrial animal farming; includes speakers, expo, networking.


⚙️ Opportunities for Vegan Leaders to get involved with the above events 

  • Networking & Sponsorships: Many of these festivals are looking for vendors,
    sponsors, or collaborators. Great opportunity to raise brand / leadership visibility.

  • Employee Engagement: Encourage team participation: could be volunteer
    opportunities, group attendance, or even hosting a company booth if relevant.

  • Partnerships: Local NGOs, wellness centers, vegan restaurants are often involved; strategic partnerships (product trials, co‑branded events) can be mutually beneficial.
