Influencing (Vegan) Change without Burning Out

Dear Vegan Leader,

Thank you to everyone who engaged with us over the past few months when we reached out to learn more about plant-based initiatives inside corporate workplaces. Your wins, challenges and honest reflections help us develop resources and programmes that are useful in real working environments, including for those who may feel stretched, burnt out, or unsure how visible they want to be as advocates.

We know change does not always start with a big campaign. Sometimes it starts by linking plant-forward thinking to your employer’s existing priorities, such as food waste, biodiversity, sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing or performance. Based on your feedback, this update brings together articles you can share with colleagues,Open Hours to connect with other ethical vegans in corporate roles, and a knowledge-sharing session on how plant-based eating can support focus and performance at work.

If any of these resonates with you, and you would like free support from us, please get in touch. Through our Workplace Catalyst for Change Program, we will help connect you with a mentor who can support you in bringing change to your workplace, wherever in the world you're based, however small or ambitious your starting point may be.

Biodiversity & Business: Why Food Choices Are Becoming a Boardroom Issue sets out why food choices are becoming relevant to supply chains, costs, investor expectations and reporting requirements.

What Matters Most for the Climate: Flying, AI or What We Eat?compares emissions from aviation, generative AI use and diet, showing why food choices should be part of serious climate leadership.
