Plant-Based Progress from Within: Practical Approaches for Corporate Professionals (September 24, 2026)

Free Online Event | 24 September | 18:30 UK Time | 45 Minutes | Zoom

How can professionals contribute to more sustainable, resilient and plant-forward practices within their organisations?

Join Vegan Leaders in Corporate Management for an engaging panel discussion exploring how professionals can support positive workplace change through collaboration, effective communication and values-led leadership.

Facilitated by Andrew Furness, the session will bring together Matt Unerman, Iona Murphy and Aoife Phillips to share their experiences of navigating corporate environments, building internal support and contributing to projects that improve outcomes for animals.

The panel will explore how to:

  • Connect plant-based initiatives with organisational priorities such as food security, resilience, cost management and reputational risk

  • Communicate the wider benefits of plant-based choices to colleagues with different priorities and perspectives

  • Find allies and build support across teams and business functions

  • Maintain momentum and personal wellbeing when organisational change takes time

Drawing on real-world experience, the panel will discuss successful initiatives as well as some of the challenges professionals may encounter when supporting change within complex organisations.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions, exchange ideas and help shape a potential peer network for professionals interested in supporting plant-based progress through their careers.
